Rogelio (Roy) Plancarte, b. 1986

Roy was born and raised in St. Helena, CA where he graduated from St. Helena High School. He is the youngest of four boys. Roy enjoys going for walks in the community, going out to lunch on Fridays, exercise, and most of all artwork. Roy’s artwork consists of patient and meticulous lines or dots in a pattern. He usually uses watercolor pencils on watercolor paper but will sometimes use markers on Bristol paper.
