Carol Marsh, b. 1954

Carol is a vibrant woman who enjoys life to the fullest. She was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and moved to Napa in 1998. She attended the School for the Blind in Berkeley where she developed her music and brail skills. She currently comes to Brown Street two days a week to develop her art making skills. She is very interested in sharing her work with others and is willing to try just about anything. Most recently she has been involved in ceramics, however she has also worked with fiber pieces, and developed a whole body of drawings that reflect upon the sounds she is experiencing. Sound is one of Carol's well-developed senses, she plays many instruments including the piano and accordion. She has written and performed her own songs and has a lounge act that riffs upon the early years of Las Vegas.
